Privacy policy
Effective 28 October 2026. This policy covers DrawPrep's website and billing workspace. It is written for the people who actually use the product, not only for lawyers.
1. Who we are
DrawPrep operates the website at www.drawprep.com and the billing workspace reached from it. Questions about this policy are handled at sales@drawprep.com.
2. What we collect
We collect the least we can to run the workspace. Nothing here is a payment card number.

3. Why we use it
To prepare and export pay applications and billing reports you ask for; to show the right project to the right teammate at the right permission level; to run your subscription, trials and invoices; to send the account, notification and reminder messages you have switched on; and to keep the service reliable and abused-free.
4. Where it is not used
We do not sell workspace data, do not use project financials to train a model we then resell, and do not run third-party advertising trackers on the signed-in workspace. Marketing pages use lightweight analytics to understand which pages earn attention.
5. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to operate the product, each under its own agreement. No data broker or advertising network receives workspace data.

6. Cookies and sign-in
The workspace needs a session sign to keep you signed in. Marketing pages may set a small preference or analytics cookie. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser; doing so signs you out of the workspace.
7. Retention
Workspace data is kept while the workspace is active. A workspace owner can delete projects, pay applications and files from inside the product, and deleting a file removes the stored copy. If a subscription ends, the workspace becomes view-only rather than being wiped straight away, so a customer can come back to their history.
8. Your choices
You can correct or export your own account details, remove a teammate, delete your own records, and turn off notification and reminder emails from Settings. To close an account and have its remaining data deleted, write to sales@drawprep.com and we will confirm when it is done. Deletion may leave behind records we are required to keep for tax, fraud or dispute purposes.
9. Children and eligibility
DrawPrep is a business tool for adults operating a subcontracting business. It is not directed at children.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page with a new effective date, and for changes that affect how data is used we will also email workspace owners.
